What is the minimum order?
The starting reference is 100 units per product or flavor for powder containers, capsules and shots. Sachets, exclusive formulations and special packaging require assessment. Our sales team confirms the minimum in the proposal.
How much does it cost to create my brand?
The investment depends on formulation, volume, packaging and the number of products. Label design is charged separately. Prepare your brief to receive a proposal tailored to your project.
Do I need a ready-made formula?
No. You can start with catalog formulations or request custom development. Our team assesses technical feasibility. Exclusive projects may involve R&D costs and specific minimum orders.
Do you help with labeling and regulatory requirements?
SN LAB has design, quality and regulatory affairs departments. The team supports label creation or adaptation, mandatory information and guidance on regulatory requirements applicable to the project. Scope and costs are defined in the proposal.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on formulation, testing, packaging and approvals. Your commercial proposal includes the schedule. Share your launch plans in the brief so we can assess feasibility.
How do payment and shipping work?
The reference payment terms are 50% at the start and 50% upon completion, with shipping charged to the customer under FOB terms. Final terms are set out in your commercial proposal.
